In these tumultuous times everyone is looking for leadership. Leadership defines our organizations, companies, and all of us as individuals. As leadership expert and best-selling author John Maxwell wrote, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”

But to become strong leaders, we need the tools to help us improve our skills and bring our leadership skills to new heights.

And while there are countless books, programs, videos, and seminars on leadership, there are few whose thoughts and experience inspires and moves us forward above the rest.

This spring four of the top companies in our community who have been at the forefront in providing the best in leadership training are once again coming together to bring some of the best leaders in business, athletics, entertainment, education, business, and public service to Asheville in two exciting and highly anticipated events of the year.
